确定了聚氨酯材料Mooney-Rivlin模型的材料常数。在ANSYS中对聚氨酯筛面进行了有限元分析,得出了筛面中点的时间-位移曲线和筛面等效应力(Von mises stress)。最后将时间-位移曲线导入MatLab中进行拟合,得出筛面中点的转角-速度和转角-加速度曲线,并且将得到的结果与理论分析的结果进行比较,验证了这种分析方法的可行性。
The material constants of the Mooney-Rivlin model for polyurethane were determined. The finite element analysis of the polyurethane screen surface was carried out in ANSYS. The time-displacement curves and the Von mises stress of the screen surface were obtained. Finally, the time-displacement curve is introduced into MatLab for fitting, and the corner-velocity and angle-acceleration curves of the mid-point of the screen surface are obtained.
