将四倍体大青口(B.pekinensis,aaaa,4x=40)与红甘蓝(B.oleraceavar.rubra,cc,2x=18)杂交获得的倍半二倍体(aac,3x=29)自交、分离(A),在后代中选择外型酷似胜利油菜(B.napus var.oleifera,aacc,4x=38)的个体。鉴别染色体组型后确定有3个植株为欧洲油菜类型(aacc,4x=38)。将大青口与红甘蓝的倍半四倍体(aaaacc,6x=58)分别与红甘蓝(B_1)以及平头甘蓝(B.oleracea var.capitata,cc,2x=18)杂交(B_2),各自均获得1株欧洲油菜类型。前者的 aacc,4x=38,由二个基本种组成;后者为aacc′,4x=38。由三个基本种组成。文中对异源四倍体种的形成方式进行了讨论,认为除一次爆发式形成的方式之外,它可能是一个连续的过程:一方面通过倍半二倍体自交分离;一方面经由倍半四倍体的二次杂交。参与组成的基本种可以是2个,也可以是3个。
The diploid diploid (aac, 3x = 29) from the cross of B. pekinensis (aaaa, 4x = 40) and B. oleraceavar.rubra (A), select offspring individuals that resembles B. napus var. Oleifera (aacc, 4x = 38). Three genotypes were identified as Brassica napus (aacc, 4x = 38) after identifying the genotypes.
