目的:了解高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)骨髓红系组细胞增殖状况。方法:HAPC患者25例,正常对照22例身体健康者,应用造血祖细胞体外培养技术了解骨髓红系祖细胞(BFU—E,CFU—E)增殖能力,BFU—E及CFU—E对红细胞生成素(Epo)的反应能力。结果:HAPC患者骨髓BFU—E,CFU—E集落数分别高于正常对照。Epo对HAPC患者骨髓BFU—E,CFU—E刺激明显,与正常对照组比较BFU—E集落数差异显著(P<0.05);CFU—E集落数差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:HAPC骨髓红系祖细胞增殖能力增强,对Epo敏感性增高。
Objective: To investigate the proliferation of bone marrow erythroid cells in high altitude polycythemia (HAPC). Methods: Twenty-five patients with HAPC and 22 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. The proliferation of bone marrow erythroid progenitor cells (BFU-E, CFU-E) was evaluated by in vitro culture of hematopoietic progenitor cells. BFU-E and CFU- Epo response ability. Results: The bone marrow BFU-E and CFU-E colonies in HAPC patients were higher than those in normal controls respectively. Epo stimulated BFU-E and CFU-E in bone marrow of patients with HAPC significantly (P <0.05). The number of CFU-E colonies was significantly different from that of normal controls (P <0.01). Conclusion: HAPC erythroid progenitor cells proliferate more and have a higher sensitivity to Epo.
