组织体系建设是一个持续渐进的过程,目前基层供电企业“三集五大”体系已经扎根落地,随着人员、技术、业务和环境等内外部情况的相对变化,在运转磨合和推进过程中难免遇到一些新问题。本文在对县域检修分公司人力资源建设情况进行调查分析的基础上,研究如何持续跟进和改进完善人力资源,为配套“三集五大”体系的和谐运转提供人力支撑。
The construction of the organizational system is a continuous and gradual process. At present, the grassroots power supply enterprises have taken root in their “three sets and five major” systems. Based on the investigation and analysis of the human resources construction in the county maintenance branch, this paper studies how to continuously follow up and improve and perfect the human resources to provide manpower support for the harmonious operation of the “three sets and five big” systems.
