随着市场竞争的日益激烈,知识型员工已经成为企业竞相争夺的重要资源,近年来,减少知识型员工离职带来的损失成为企业需要解决的重点问题之一。企业文化作为企业发展能力和核心竞争力的标志,对知识型员工有着举足轻重的影响。为探究企业文化对知识型员工离职意向的影响作用,选取目标愿景、协调性、核心价值观、变革创新、组织学习、工作参与度、顾客意识这七个维度,通过问卷调查的实证方法,运用结构方程模型分析工具验证了企业文化对知识型员工的离职意向具有显著影响作用,并提出有效降低员工离职意向的方法建议。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, knowledge workers have become an important resource for enterprises to contend for each other. In recent years, reducing the losses caused by the departure of knowledge workers has become one of the key issues that enterprises need to solve. Corporate culture, as a sign of a company’s development capability and core competitiveness, has a decisive influence on knowledge workers. In order to explore the effect of corporate culture on the turnover intention of knowledge workers, the seven dimensions of target vision, coordination, core values, innovation, organizational learning, job participation and customer awareness were selected. Through the empirical method of questionnaire survey, The equation model analysis tool has verified that the corporate culture has a significant effect on the turnover intention of knowledge workers, and proposes ways and means to effectively reduce the intention of employee turnover.
