市场经济的发展推进了行业竞争的不断加剧,在激烈的市场竞争环境中,企业要保证自身运营的稳定性、有效性与可持续性,则必须在强化内部管理的基础上提升自身的竞争实力。而绩效考核作为企业人力资源管理的组成内容,是现代企业管理体系中不可缺少的重要工具,其对于提升企业员工工作的积极性与创新性、强化企业管理、提升实习和保证企业长远性发展等,都有着相对积极的作用。因此,本文以企业的发展为基点,对其绩效考核体系的构建问题进行简单探讨。以下首先对现代企业绩效考核内容选取及绩效考核体系的组建原则进行简单介绍,以此为基础探讨企业绩效考核体系的构建途径。
The development of market economy has promoted the ever-increasing competition in the industry. In the fierce market competition environment, companies must ensure the stability, effectiveness, and sustainability of their operations, and must strengthen their internal management to enhance their competitiveness. . Performance appraisal, as a component of enterprise human resource management, is an indispensable and important tool in modern enterprise management system. It enhances the enthusiasm and innovation of employees, strengthens enterprise management, enhances internships, and ensures the long-term development of enterprises. All have relatively positive effects. Therefore, based on the development of the enterprise, this paper briefly discusses the construction of its performance evaluation system. The following is a brief introduction to the selection of modern enterprise performance appraisal content and the formation principles of the performance appraisal system. Based on this, the construction of the enterprise performance appraisal system will be discussed.
