高安是传统的农业大市,发展食品工业具有良好条件。解放后尤其是改革开放以来,高安的食品工业发展迅速,已成为支撑市域工业经济的一大支柱产业,为今后把高安建设成食品工业大市奠定了基础。立足高安实际,放眼国内外市场,高安工业的优势在于食品工业。市委、市政府应该把大办食品工业作为强攻工业的一个战略抉择。一、为什么要强攻食品工业
Gao’an is a traditional agricultural city and has good conditions for the development of the food industry. Since the liberation, especially since the reform and opening up, Gao’an’s food industry has developed rapidly and has become a major pillar industry supporting the industrial economy of the city, laying the foundation for building Gao’an into a large food industry market in the future. Based on Gao An’s reality and looking at domestic and foreign markets, the advantage of Gao’an Industry lies in the food industry.
