目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在脑转移瘤发生和发展中的作用。方法 :采用Northern印迹杂交和免疫组化方法检测 30例人脑转移瘤中VEGF基因及蛋白表达 ,同时进行细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)检测 ,以内减压术取得的 8例正常脑组织为对照。结果 :30例转移瘤与正常脑组织相比 ,均有PCNA、VEGF基因及蛋白高表达 ,其表达水平在不同肿瘤类型中无明显差异。结论 :VEGF基因在人脑转移瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the development and progression of brain metastases. Methods: The expression of VEGF gene and protein in 30 human brain metastases were detected by Northern blot hybridization and immunohistochemistry. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was detected in the 30 cases, and 8 normal brain tissues obtained by decompression were used as controls. Results: The expression of PCNA and VEGF gene and protein in 30 cases of metastatic tumor was higher than that in normal brain tissue. There was no significant difference in the expression of PCNA and VEGF between different tumor types. Conclusion: VEGF gene plays an important role in the development of human brain metastases.
