通过聚焦供应链和发力供给侧,国有企业在供给侧结构性改革背景下可以闯出一条新路。在近期的国企改革“十二样本”调研期间,《国资报告》记者深入到了央企和地方国资国企一线,进行了大量的采访工作,也与企业谈到了当前的供给侧结构性改革。我们发现,一些国有企业当前还缺乏对中央政策的清晰认识,感觉无从下手,有些浑身是劲却使不出来的感觉。 By focusing on the supply chain and the supply side, state-owned enterprises can break new ground in the context of supply-side structural reforms. During the recent state-owned enterprise reform and the “Twelve Sample Studies,” the reporters of the “State-owned Assets Report” went deep into the front lines of central SOEs and local state-owned state-owned enterprises and conducted extensive interviews with them. They also talked with the enterprises about the current supply-side structural reforms. We found that at present some state-owned enterprises still lack a clear understanding of the central policy, feeling that they can not start their business, and that some of the state-owned enterprises are struggling to get out of their way.
