提出用多重装配连接图表示产品中零件之间的多重装配关系, 用模糊连接图中的结点和连接边的模糊度来模糊评价产品可装配性。对产品装配体, 进行自动装配特征识别, 基于所建立的产品装配模型自动产生产品装配数据的中性文件。建立了产品可装配性评价体系; 基于产品装配数据和装配知识, 对产品可装配性进行模糊定量评价, 从而指导产品装配设计, 实现了CAD/DFA 的信息集成。
A multi-assembly connection diagram is proposed to show the multi-assembly relationship among the parts in the product. The fuzziness of the junction and the connection side in the fuzzy connection diagram is used to evaluate the product assemblability. The product assembly, automatic assembly feature recognition, based on the established product assembly model automatically generates product assembly data neutral file. Based on the product assembly data and assembly knowledge, the product assemblability was evaluated quantitatively and fuzzyly so as to guide the design of product assembly and realize the CAD / DFA information integration.
