While national and local commercial banks have raised the credit line for SMEs in succession, pilot projects of small loan companies have also rapidly spread in most of China. In early September, microfinance companies in Shanghai and Wenzhou were established. For the three rural enterprises under the tightening monetary policy, enterprises rebuilding after the disaster, and even the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang that have been covered with blankets in the winter undoubtedly solved their urgent needs to a certain extent. However, the embarrassment lies in the fact that the MFI can only borrow loans without obtaining the rights of a traditional financial license and can not pursue high profits like private-owned hot money. Go left or right? We talked with SME researchers, pilot companies, experts and scholars, from which we can feel the current living conditions of microfinance companies.
