乳腺癌是妇科常见的一种恶性肿瘤,超声检查对乳腺实性肿物良恶性判断具有较强的主观性,漏诊率较高。超声弹性成像检查是一种客观检查技术,能够直观地对病变组织进行弹性力学属性判断,为超声影像学的检查和疾病的诊断提供依据,进而提高乳腺实性肿物良恶性判断的准确性和特异性。本研究就弹性应变率比值(SR)鉴别诊断乳腺实性肿物良恶性的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床鉴别诊断提供可靠依据。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in gynecology. Ultrasonography has a strong subjectivity in judging benign and malignant breast masses. The rate of misdiagnosis is high. Ultrasound elastography is an objective examination technique, which can intuitively evaluate the elastic properties of the diseased tissue, provide the basis for the ultrasound imaging examination and disease diagnosis, and then improve the accuracy of benign and malignant breast solid tumor judgment and Specificity. This review summarizes the research progress on the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses with elastic strain rate ratio (SR), in order to provide a reliable basis for differential diagnosis.
