目的:建立涉水管材中的氯乙烯单体的毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法。方法:称取已粉碎的氯乙烯单体于顶空瓶中,用N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂顶空制备样品,经HP-Wax柱分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,采用外标法定量。结果:本法在0.20~10.0μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.047μg(S/N=3)。相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6%,加标回收率为90%~97%。结论:本法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度和精密度好等优点,适合涉水管材中残留氯乙烯单体的检测。
Objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of vinyl chloride monomer in water pipe. Methods: The crushed vinyl chloride monomer was weighed in a headspace bottle, and the sample was prepared by using N, N-dimethylacetamide as solvent headspace. The samples were separated by HP-Wax column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Using external standard method. Results: The method showed good linearity in the range of 0.20-10.0 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and a detection limit of 0.047 μg (S / N = 3). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 6% and the spike recoveries were 90% ~ 97%. Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, high sensitivity, accuracy and precision, and is suitable for the detection of residual vinyl chloride monomer in wading pipe.
