在某民用建筑平时地下室防烟排烟系统设计中:(1)两层地下室采用了共用窗井开窗自然排烟,从图面上看似满足规范要求,而在实际情况下是达不到能够安全疏散的理想效果。(2)地下部分的防烟楼梯间及其前室、合用前室利用窗井自然排烟防烟,无规范可依。(3)自然排烟受风向、热压、密闭性影响较大,必须有较好的气流组织才可以实现,对这种生搬硬套规范及不合理做法提出了自己的观点。
