栽培环境对优质基因的表达有强烈的影响,不仅影响小麦的营养品质,而且影响着加工品质.同一品种在不同栽培条件下产生的品质变异相关分析表明,营养品质和加工品质存在正相关.确定适宜的氮肥用量、追氮时期和底肥与追肥的比例,可以有效地提高小麦的加工品质.过量地施用磷肥会降低面筋含量、但并不降低面筋质量.开花期灌水对加工品质有不良影响,但较肥料作用为弱.本文提供了兼顾营养品质和加工品质的较佳栽培措施组合.
