病毒性肝炎（肝炎）是淮安市主要传染病之一 ,１９８８年以后发病一直居法定报告传染病首位［１］。乙型肝炎是肝炎中主要类型 ,为探讨乙型肝炎的流行特征 ,进一步指导防治工作 ,现将我市１９９０～２０００年乙型肝炎流行特征进行分析。１材料与方法资料来源于淮安市疫情年报
