我国思想政治工作在开展的过程中普遍存在观念保守、创新意识不足的问题，而且思政工作人员的专业素质也不能满足要求。只有不断加强改革，提升思政工作者的个人素养，才能为中心工作的开展提供保障。本文首先介绍了当前思想政治工作中存在的问题，然后分析了加强思政工作的措施。
In the process of carrying out ideological and political work in our country, the concept of conservativeness and lack of awareness of innovation are widespread. Moreover, the professional qualities of staffs in political and ideological education can not meet the requirements. Only by continuously strengthening reforms and enhancing the personal qualities of political and ideological workers can we provide guarantee for the central task. This article first introduces the current problems in ideological and political work, and then analyzes the measures to strengthen the work of ideological and political work.
