绩效考核体系是现代企业人力资源管理与开发的核心环节。现今,我国大多数企业员工绩效考核与企业的发展战略相脱节,企业管理者与员工在绩效考核中还存在不少问题,达不到绩效考核的预期目标,已严重阻碍了企业和员工的发展。为此,加强对企业员工绩效考核制度的理论研究,具有重要的现实意义。本文系统地论述我国目前企业员工绩效考核实践中存在的问题,及其问题产生的原因,在此基础上更进一步完善企业员工绩效考核的改进方案,确保我国企业员工绩效考核制度向更加良性合理的方向发展。
