通过振动计算分析和测量掌握了主蒸汽导管的振动特性 ,据此并结合管道实际情况制定了加大导汽管系支吊架偏装和导汽管之间并联以加强管系约束、增大管系刚度的振动治理方案 ,治理后管道振动显著降低 ,治理效果明显。

Based on the actual vibration conditions of the main steam pipe, the design of the parallel connection between the steam pipe support and the hanger is put forward to strengthen the pipe restraint and increase Pipeline stiffness of the vibration control program, after the management of pipe vibration was significantly reduced, the treatment effect is obvious.
