目的探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法分别测定83例原发性肝癌、40例良性肝病和40例正常体检者血清AFP、AFU、GGT和LDH含量,并进行相关分析。结果原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、AFU、GGT和LDH水平及阳性率均明显高于良性肝病组及正常对照组(P<0.05);联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。结论联合检测血清中的AFP、AFU、GGT和LDH对原发性肝癌的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), a-L-fucosidase (AFU), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the detection of primary liver cancer. Methods The levels of serum AFP, AFU, GGT and LDH in 83 cases of primary liver cancer, 40 cases of benign liver disease and 40 cases of normal physical examination were determined and analyzed. Results The serum AFP, AFU, GGT and LDH levels and positive rate in patients with primary liver cancer were significantly higher than those in benign liver disease group and normal control group (P<0.05). The sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single test. Conclusion The combined detection of serum AFP, AFU, GGT and LDH has important value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
