目的:探讨胃癌中RASSF2A基因启动子甲基化特征。方法:采用甲基化特异性聚合酶链反应(MSP)检测34例胃癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织RASSF2A基因启动子甲基化情况。结果:胃癌组织RASSF2A基因甲基化发生率为24%,明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RASSF2A基因甲基化与分化程度,转移等无明显相关。结论:RASSF2A基因甲基化是胃癌发生的频发分子事件,可能在胃癌发生起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the promoter methylation of RASSF2A gene in gastric cancer. Methods: Methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction (MSP) was used to detect the methylation status of RASSF2A promoter in 34 cases of gastric cancer. Results: The incidence of methylation of RASSF2A gene was 24% in gastric cancer tissues, which was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). RASSF2A gene methylation and differentiation, metastasis and so no significant correlation. Conclusion: Methylation of RASSF2A gene is a frequent molecular event in gastric cancer and may play an important role in gastric carcinogenesis.
