目的降低伤耳畸形率,探讨耳郭外伤的治疗方法。方法对耳郭外伤患者163例根据损伤情况分型,予以相应的手术处理,术后分别给予负压引流、肝素化等。结果所有病例均恢复满意。结论负压引流、肝素化处理有利于耳郭外伤的恢复,减少了感染及致残的概率。 Objective To reduce the rate of wound ear deformity and discuss the treatment of ear trauma. Methods A total of 163 cases of traumatic Atractylodes injury were classified according to the injury and were treated accordingly. Postoperative negative pressure drainage and heparinization were performed. Results All cases were satisfied. Conclusions Negative pressure drainage and heparinization are beneficial to the recovery of traumatic ear injuries and the probability of infection and disability.
