针对我国在21世纪500kV电网网架基本形成后,现有安全稳定控制装置不能满足系统安全稳定控制的需要,提出了电网稳定控制的一种新模式──集中管理、区域控制模式。这种模式的特点是可充分利用现有的调度自动化系统,提高区域控制装置动作的合理性和准确性。文中结合四川电网状况对实现这一模式的可行性进行了探讨和研究。
Aiming at our country’s basic formation of 500kV grid in the 21st century, the existing safety and stability control devices can not meet the needs of system security and stability control. A new mode of grid stability control is proposed, which is centralized management and regional control mode. The characteristic of this model is to make full use of the existing dispatching automation system to improve the rationality and accuracy of the operation of the regional control device. In this paper, the feasibility of implementing this model is discussed and studied based on the situation of Sichuan Power Grid.
