市场条件下电力库要向发电商购买自动发电控制 (AGC)辅助服务。文中发展的AGC当量电价法首先利用概率学实用当量电价法 ,日前评定出次日各机组AGC的容量成本价值 ,以及为此预留AGC容量的机会成本价值 ,而次日各机组AGC的总价值是这两者之和。文中用一个简化方法作上述叙述 ,回避了较复杂的随机生产模拟技术。同时建议了一个保证金制度 ,即在日前支付中先持留上述AGC总价值 ,日后经过考核再返还。AGC当量电价法利用当日机组收到的AGC指令和有功出力的实时记录 ,计算它们每小时的统计学的相关系数 ,依此实现日后考核与返还 ,包括了奖与惩。文中还讨论了应用中的若干问题。新方法充分发挥了当量电价方法的长处 ,也能体现AGC平衡负荷随机波动的本质 ,其保证金制度又是市场上有效的制度
