班组长通过企业授权在班组内是具有权力的人,但是并不能等同于他具有权威。这是由于班组长的权力来源于班组成员的劳动通过与企业交换的契约关系,从而形成了服从的心理预期与心理行为。所以,“权力”是指基于社会角色中群体形武认同雨产生的权力与义务关系,具有职位权力的人控制或者影响他人行为的能力。人们对“权力”的安排而服从可能有被迫的成分,服从也不等同于内心真正认同,是社会的一种规范。但是,人们对“权威”的安排雨服从则是一种自愿的行为,服从则扶属于内心的真正认同,是个人的一种规范。所以,
