结合作者近年来进行航天类系列图书策划的实例,提出科技出版应着眼于服务创新型国家建设的时代使命,进一步增强服务国家战略需求的文化自觉,在服务国家战略需求的过程中把握发展机遇,实现创新发展。文章概括了科技出版的文化自觉的理论内涵,提出实践科技出版文化自觉的三个路径,即以国家战略需求引领选题规划和选题策划,把科技出版与科研活动紧密融合和走全球化的发展道路。
