为解决布尔台矿综采工作面瓦斯局部短时超限问题,通过理论分析和现场实测等方法,研究了布尔台矿42101综采工作面煤层瓦斯涌出特征和瓦斯体积分数分布规律,分析了瓦斯的涌出来源和主要构成.结果表明:布尔台矿综采工作面瓦斯涌出量随时间变化呈指数函数降低趋势;综采工作面瓦斯含量85.5%来源于本煤层,卸压邻近层煤层瓦斯涌出量占14.5%.研究结论为综采工作面的安全生产和瓦斯综合治理提供了依据.
In order to solve the problem of gas partial short-time overrun in the fully mechanized coal mining face of Bo’er Tai Mine, the gas emission characteristics and gas volume fraction distribution of 42101 fully mechanized coal mining face in Bo Er Tai Mine were studied by theoretical analysis and field measurement. The gas emission from the fully mechanized coal mining face in Boolean Mine shows a decreasing trend exponentially with the passage of time. 85.5% of the gas content in the fully mechanized coal mining face comes from the coal seam and the adjacent coal seam is depressurized Gas emission accounted for 14.5% .The conclusions of the study provided the basis for safe production and gas comprehensive management of fully mechanized coal mining face.
