心理学研究表明,学习者在学习各种新的知识和技能的过程中,其能力和水平的发展并不是直线上升的,一般要经历四个阶段:开始学习阶段—了解新事物、熟悉新规律,学习比较费劲,提高较慢;迅速提高阶段—初步掌握规律、找到窍门,成绩明显提高;学习高原期—疑点、难点增多,加之精神、心理等因素影响,进步速度缓慢,有时甚至会下降;克服高原阶段—坚持探索、改进学习方法、能力水平逐步达到新的高度。
