In all fixed fire extinguishing systems, sprinkler systems account for 90% of all fixed fire extinguishing systems and wet sprinkler systems account for 75% of all water systems, demonstrating the importance of wet systems throughout a fixed fire extinguishing system [ 1]. The sprinkler is a wet sprinkler system, one of the important components, it has two roles in fire fighting applications, one to detect fire, and second, fire sprinkler. Therefore, the nozzle directly affects the actual effect of fire extinguishing. The main technical parameters of the nozzle is the K-factor. The standard requires that the K-factor of the sprinkler be 80 ± 4, and relatively speaking, it is desirable that the flow of the nozzle be too large to facilitate extinguishment. This article from the scientific point of view test the sprinkler K-factor test results and the corresponding standard comparison to see if it meets the standards.
