目的:探讨先天不对称双眼皮整形修复术的治疗效果与不良反应.方法:在医院2012年1月至2017年1月期间诊治的先天不对称双眼皮患者中选取300例作研究对象,并按治疗方式不同分组:对照组行传统切开重睑成形术治疗,研究组行连续埋线联合小切口去脂整形修复术.结果:研究组患者的治疗优良率是98.00％、不良反应发生率是1.33％对比参照组(P＜0.05).结论:先天不对称双眼皮整形修复术的治疗效果肯定,且不良反应发生率较低,推荐应用.","Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of congenital asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery. Methods 300 patients with congenital asymmetric double eyelid who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects and grouped according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conventional incision and double eyelid plasty. Group continuous embedding and small incision fat-free plastic surgery. Results The excellent rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00％, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.33％ compared with the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Congenital asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery has a good therapeutic effect, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. It is recommended to apply.
