目的:探讨上消化道异物的发病因素,总结处理经验。方法:回顾分析我院消化内科2010年10月～2012年6月收治的72例上消化道异物患者的发病因素及处理方法。结果:经胃镜取出67例,成功率为93%,5例未取出者转外科治疗。所有患者术后均未发生大出血、穿孔、感染等严重并发症。结论:通过胃镜处理上消化道异物是安全有效的方法,对于上消化道异物患者,如有条件均应积极采用内镜处理。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of upper gastrointestinal foreign body factors, summed up the experience. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 72 cases of upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 June, the incidence of factors and treatment methods. Results: 67 cases were removed by endoscopy, the success rate was 93%, 5 cases were not removed to surgical treatment. All patients had no serious bleeding, perforation, infection and other serious complications. Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method to treat upper gastrointestinal tract by gastroscopy. For patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign body, endoscopic treatment should be actively adopted if possible.
