上海交通大学焊接技术研究所与上海离合器总厂联合攻关的“建立年产10万套轿车用液力变矩器先进焊接装备生产线”和“焊接关键装备及相关技术”项目,日前由上海市科委主持召开并通过专家组的验收和鉴定。以工程院院士徐滨士、林尚杨为验收组和鉴定组组长的专家们认为,本项目主要依靠国内的技术力量,开发成功了我国第一条年产10万套轿车用液力变矩器的焊接生产线。所开发的双焊炬连接块MIG高精度定位焊设备、连接块内外侧焊缝机器人焊接系统、涡轮总成电子束焊设备、三焊炬六点TIG自动定位焊点固焊设备和总成低真空填丝电子束焊装备等五套关键设备。设计思想新颖、结构有所创新、工艺方法先进、工件定位精确、焊
Shanghai Jiaotong University Welding Technology Research Institute and Shanghai Clutch General Plant jointly established the project of “establishing an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets of advanced torque welding equipment for welding cars and production of welding equipment and related technologies” project.
