本文认为传统人力资源管理模式的存在根基已经遭到了破坏,并呈现出诸多的弊端。以此为基础,文章对时下受到学者关注的基于“哲学共有”的人力资源管理模式及其运作形态进行了深入探讨。
This paper argues that the foundation of the traditional human resource management mode has been destroyed and shows many drawbacks. Based on this, the article probes into the mode of human resource management based on “philosophical commonality ” and the mode of operation which are now under the scholar’s attention.
