血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是促进内皮细胞再生,刺激侧支血管生成及增加血管通透性的糖蛋白。本研究通过检测甲亢患者外周血中血浆VEGF及血浆FT3、FT4、TSH的含量,分析VEGF水平与TSH、FT3、FT4以及年龄、性别之间的相关性,观察VEGF与甲亢的关系。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测45例甲亢患者和27例健康对照者血浆中VEGF浓度,并采用化学发光法对甲亢患者血浆中FT3、FT4、TSH进行检测。结果显示:甲亢患者血浆中VEGF含量为(92.53±62.38)pg/mL,显著低于正常对照组[(158.28±77.15)pg/mL](P<0.01);对血浆中VEGF含量与FT3、FT4、TSH含量以及性别、年龄进行相关性分析,证明健康对照者血浆中VEGF浓度与年龄相关,>40岁者明显高于≤40者(P<0.05),而与其他因素无关;甲亢患者未发现VEGF与FT3、FT4、TSH含量以及患者性别和年龄间有相关性(P>0.05)。本研究显示甲亢患者血浆中VEGF含量明显低于正常对照组,VEGF与甲亢的关系有待进一步研究。
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a glycoprotein that promotes endothelial cell regeneration, stimulates collateral blood vessels and increases vascular permeability. In this study, the levels of plasma VEGF and plasma FT3, FT4 and TSH in peripheral blood of patients with hyperthyroidism were measured. The correlation between VEGF levels and TSH, FT3, FT4, age and sex was analyzed. The relationship between VEGF and hyperthyroidism was observed. The plasma concentrations of VEGF in 45 patients with hyperthyroidism and 27 healthy controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH in plasma of patients with hyperthyroidism were detected by chemiluminescence. The results showed that the plasma levels of VEGF in hyperthyroid patients were (92.53 ± 62.38) pg / mL, significantly lower than those in normal controls [(158.28 ± 77.15) pg / mL] , TSH content as well as gender and age. It was proved that the concentration of VEGF in the plasma of healthy controls was related to age, and was significantly higher than 40 (P <0.05), but not related to other factors. No hyperthyroidism patients were found There was a correlation between VEGF and FT3, FT4, TSH content and gender and age (P> 0.05). This study showed that patients with hyperthyroidism plasma VEGF levels were significantly lower than the normal control group, the relationship between VEGF and hyperthyroidism needs further study.
