通过建立二维水动力学数学模型,对阿什河珍珠岛围堤扩建进行了防洪影响分析及评价,分析表明围堤扩建引起的河道水位最大壅高0.19 m,流速最大增加0.25 m/s,局部河段将不再满足防洪规划堤顶安全超高要求,但不会影响其它防洪规划的安排与实施、防洪规划的总体要求和整体目标,对本河段的防洪、河势稳定、防汛抢险以及第三方合法的水事权益也无明显的不利影响。
Through the establishment of a two-dimensional mathematical model of hydrodynamics, the impact analysis and evaluation on the flood control of the Pearl River Embankment in Ashe River were conducted. The analysis shows that the maximum water level of the river caused by the expansion of the embankment is 0.19 m high, and the maximum flow rate is increased by 0.25 m / s.
