开展农民培训是提高农民素质,发展现代农业的必然选择,对新农村建设具有重要的意义。在系统分析山东省农民培训发展现状的基础上,对当前农民培训存在的问题进行研究,提出农民培训的市场化建议,并从微观与宏观两个层面对这一问题展开论述。从微观角度,农民培训的市场化意味着培训具体实施的三个基本模块应以市场为核心展开;从宏观角度,农民培训的市场化能有效解决目前培训市场存在的有效供给不足、层次性缺乏、培训内容和培训教材不适应等问题。
Carrying out peasant training is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of peasants and develop modern agriculture and is of great significance to the new rural construction. On the basis of systematically analyzing the present situation of farmer training in Shandong Province, this paper studies the existing problems of farmer training, puts forward market-oriented suggestions on farmer training, and discusses the issue from the micro and macro levels. From the microscopic point of view, the marketization of farmer training means that the three basic modules of the training should start with the market as the core. From a macro perspective, the marketization of farmer training can effectively solve the problems of insufficient effective supply and lack of hierarchy in the current training market , Training content and training materials do not meet the other issues.
