通过热浸镀工艺参数的变化,在大量实验的基础上研究了采用溶剂法在TC4表面热浸镀55%Al-Zn合金的工艺方法,得到了较为合理的工艺流程并选出了合适的助镀剂和表面覆盖剂。分析了浸镀温度、浸镀时间等对镀层性能的影响,并采用SEM、EDS等测试手段对镀层成分和结构进行分析。结果表明:670℃、热浸镀7 min可以在TC4表面形成表面质量高、成分均匀连续、无爆发性Si组织、有一定硬度、结合力好的Al-Zn合金镀层。
Based on a large number of experiments, the technological process of hot-dipping 55% Al-Zn alloy on TC4 surface by solvent method was studied by the change of parameters of hot-dip coating. The reasonable technological process was obtained and the suitable assistant Plating agent and surface covering agent. The effects of immersion temperature and immersion time on the properties of coatings were analyzed. The composition and structure of the coatings were analyzed by SEM, EDS and other testing methods. The results show that the Al-Zn alloy coating with high surface quality, uniform composition and no explosive Si microstructure and good hardness and good bonding strength can be formed on TC4 surface at 670 ℃ for 7 min.
