测定了小牛软骨血管生成抑制因子(cartilageangiogenesisinhibitoryfactor,CAIF)对血管内皮细胞的细胞毒作用、对内皮细胞骨架系统及其运动迁移的抑制效应、对小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制效应.结果表明CAIF对血管内皮细胞产生明显的细胞毒作用,对内皮细胞骨架具有明显的抑制作用,能显著抑制内皮细胞的运动迁移,并显著抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长.提示CAIF的抗肿瘤作用机制可能是:通过抑制血管内皮细胞的骨架系统及其分裂增殖,并抑制内皮细胞的运动迁移,从而抑制血管内皮芽的形成和新生血管的生成.由于切断了肿瘤的营养供应及血道转移途径,从而抑制肿瘤的生长和转移.
The cytotoxic effect of cartilage angiogenesis inhibitory factor (CAIF) on vascular endothelial cells, inhibition of endothelial cytoskeletal system and its migration, and inhibition of mouse tumor growth were measured. The results showed that CAIF produced obvious cytotoxicity on vascular endothelial cells, and had a significant inhibitory effect on the endothelial cytoskeleton. It could significantly inhibit the migration of endothelial cells and significantly inhibited the growth of mouse tumors. It is suggested that the anti-tumor mechanism of CAIF may be: inhibiting the formation of vascular endothelial buds and the formation of new blood vessels by inhibiting the skeletal system of vascular endothelial cells and their proliferation, and inhibiting the migration of endothelial cells. Due to the cut off of the tumor’s nutrient supply and blood transfusion pathways, inhibition of tumor growth and metastasis.
