进入92年初,周口地区国有商业企业在1988年以来饮食服务业、少数门店、柜组实行“大包干”经验的基础上,又先后大面积地在零售商场、基层门店、批发部进行了引入个体经营机制改革。一年来,引入个体经营机制的国有商业企业65个,占全区国有商业企业总数的55%;引入个体经营机制的门店、柜组、批发部769个,占全区国有商业门店、柜组、批发部总数的46%;引入个体经营机制的职工达4389人,占全区商业职工总数的18.2%。从实践看,引入个体经营机制给国有商业企业注入了新的生机和活力,是国有商业企业转换经营机制、扭转被动局面的一个成功之举。一、国有商业企业引入个体经营机制的基本形式和做法统观全区国有商业企业引入个体经营机制的形式,主要有以下四
