某产品燃气过滤器中的一种细滤网零件结构特殊。在冲压成形过程中,丝网的成形流动性差,易断丝、变形,零件尺寸检测不易准确,导致很难加工出合格的细滤网零件。本文从零件结构、丝网材料特点、成形加工方法等方面分析了细滤网加工的工艺难点。在原冲压工艺的基础上,通过采取调整成形纤维方向、预成形尺寸、模具成形表面圆滑过渡尺寸、细化成形步骤、固化检测方法等工艺改进措施,成功加工出符合细滤网过滤功能的合格零件。经批量生产加工及装配使用验证,改进工艺后的细滤网零件质量稳定、外观美观,其产品合格率达98%以上。
A product gas filter in a fine filter parts special structure. This article analyzes the technical difficulties of the fine filter processing from the aspects of the structure of the parts, the characteristics of the screen material and the forming processing method. On the basis of the original stamping process, through the process of adjusting the direction of the formed fiber, the pre-forming size, the smooth transition surface of the mold forming surface, the thinning forming step and the curing detection method, the qualified parts . After mass production, processing and assembly verification, fine filter parts after the process of improving the quality and stability, beautiful appearance, the passing rate of their products reached 98%.
