目的观察一种有效碘含量为2.10 g/L聚维酮碘消毒液的消毒相关性能及其毒性。方法按照《消毒技术规范》,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法对聚维酮碘消毒液的杀菌效果和毒性进行实验研究。结果该消毒剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均>4.00;该消毒液擦拭皮肤表面作用1 min,对志愿者前臂皮肤表面自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00;急性经口毒性试验结果显示,对雌、雄性小鼠LD50均>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),属实际无毒级;急性眼刺激试验结果,为无刺激性;一次皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性;一次破损皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性;对雌、雄性小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞未发现微核作用。结论聚维酮碘消毒液有良好的杀菌效果,属实际无毒级,对皮肤无刺激,对眼无刺激,无致微核作用。
Objective To observe the disinfection performance and toxicity of a povidone-iodine disinfectant with an effective iodine content of 2.10 g / L. The acute oral toxicity test showed that the LD50 of female and male mice was> 5000 mg / (kg · bw) Non-toxic grade; acute eye irritation test results, non-irritating; a skin irritation test is non-irritant; a skin irritation test is non-irritating; on female and male mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes micronuclei were not found . Conclusion Povidone iodine disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect, which is actually non-toxic grade, no irritation to the skin, no irritation to the eye, no micronuclei.
