各市人民政府,省政府有关厅委、直属机构,各有关单位: 为了营造海外留学人员回国创业的良好环境,鼓励和吸引海外高层次科技人员以多种方式为国服务,科技部、教育部、人事部、国务院侨办、信息产业部、中国科学院、辽宁省人民政府定于2002年6月20日至24日联合举办2002中国海外学子辽宁(大连)创业周(以下简称“创业周”)。本次活动是在成功举办两届“创业周”的基础上,为了进一步推进技术创新,发展高科技,实现产业化的一项重要举措。为确保“创业周”取得实质性的成果,经省政府同意,现就有关问题通知如下:
