近年氩激光小梁成形术(ALTP)已作为一种安全而有效的方法,广泛应用于开角型青光眼的治疗。但一眼施行ALTP后,对侧眼的眼压变化尚不为人们熟知。作者对23例开角型青光眼一眼行ALTP后对侧眼的眼压进行了观察,发现有8例(34.8％)不但术眼眼压降低,而且非手术眼眼压也持续下降。前者平均下降56mmHg,后者平均下降3.8mmHg,统计学处理二者有明显差异。8例中6例术后非手术眼即见眼压降低,7例术后4个月以内眼压降至最低水平。
In recent years, argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALTP) has been used as a safe and effective method, widely used in the treatment of open angle glaucoma. However, after the implementation of ALTP, contralateral eye pressure changes are not yet well known. The authors observed the intraocular pressure (IOP) of the contralateral eye in 23 patients with open angle glaucoma and found that 8 (34.8%) patients not only reduced intraocular pressure but also continued to decrease the non-operative intraocular pressure. The former average decreased 56mmHg, the latter decreased by an average of 3.8mmHg, statistically significant difference between the two. Intraocular pressure was decreased in 6 of 8 cases, and intraocular pressure was reduced to the lowest level in 7 cases within 4 months after operation.
