Ascorbic acid and additives were introduced into the new electro-deposition process of Fe-Ni-P alloy in sodium hypophosphite system, and the bright Fe-Ni-P alloy was obtained, which solved the instability of the bath. The Fe-Ni-P amorphous alloy was confirmed by energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The determination of the potential at steady state showed that the corrosion resistance of Fe-Ni-P alloy was as good as that of Ni-P alloy Ni layer
