随着工业化、城镇化的快速推进,与之相关的人口、资源、环境等一系列生态问题接踵而至,人类居住环境的生态承载力受到了前所未有的考验。城市中出现的热岛效应、城市内涝、水污染、大气污染、土地污染、噪音污染等一系列问题严重影响到人们的生活和城市可持续发展。城市山水资源是城市重要的生态基底,保护城市的山水资源,修复和改善人居生态环境,是当前城市建设中十分重要而又迫切的问题之一。本文依据系统论思想、生态学理论,针对目前城市生态建设中存在的山水资源保护与生态修复问题,分析了城市山水资源保护与生态修复的内涵及意义,提出要优先、科学地编制城市生态规划,通过保护连续自然的山水格局,连通自然(流域)的水系结构,贯通城郊乡一体化植被系统,维护和恢复河湖自然水岸带,营建近自然植物群落,构建生物生态廊道等途径和措施,期望构建一个山水相依,山、水、林、田、湖相融,人与自然和谐共生的健康城市生态系统。笔者认为要充分认识到城市生态建设是一项科学性、长期性的复杂系统工程,要用系统的整体观、生态学的生命观来维护和建设我们的城市生态环境,在规划和建设中要充分尊重自然、学习自然,最终实现人、城市、自然的和谐发展。

According to the theory of system theory and ecological theory, this paper analyzes the connotation and significance of urban landscape protection and ecological restoration in view of the current problems of urban landscape protection and ecological restoration in urban ecological construction. , Through the protection of the landscape pattern of continuous nature, the connection of nature (basin) of the water system structure, through the suburban rural integrated vegetation system, maintain and restore the natural lakes and lakes, the construction of near natural plant communities, build bio-ecological corridors and other ways and It is hoped that a healthy urban ecosystem with mountain and water dependency, mountain, water, forest, field and lake blending and people and nature coexisting in harmony will be built. The author believes that it is necessary to fully realize that urban ecological construction is a scientific and long-term complex system engineering. It is necessary to maintain and build our urban ecological environment with the holistic view of the system and the ecological outlook on life.
