就企业管理而言,近些年来,人本管理成为企业提高竞争力的重要途径之一。人本管理包括的人群主要有企业领导和企业员工,对于企业管理质量和发展而言,他们这些人群起着重要作用。严格而言,人本管理应该是指在个人自我管理的基础之上,将企业目标作为共同远景,进而实现公司和个人的双赢。本文就在了解人本管理的基础之上,浅谈人文管理的问题所在以及实施策略。
In terms of business management, in recent years, people-based management has become one of the important ways for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. People-oriented management includes the main business people and business leaders of the crowd, for the quality and development of business management, these people play an important role in them. Strictly speaking, human-based management should refer to the goal of the enterprise as a common vision on the basis of individual self-management, so as to realize a win-win situation for both the company and the individual. This article is based on the understanding of human-based management, on the humanistic management of the problem and the implementation strategy.
