身为一名校长,我非常关注各科教师的专业成长。近日连续听了几节市级数学公开课,感慨颇多。很多刚刚毕业的大学生从教两三年后,便加入了出示公开课的行列,给很多从教了十多年、二十多年的教师做示范。这是一种信号,大学生的素质极高,他们的可塑性很大,对教材的把握、课堂的驾驭能力远远超出我们的想象。带给教师们更多的是一种惊喜,很多课可以用一个“完美”来评价。激动之余,我的心里总感觉缺少了点什么。仔细回味,方觉出里面的瑕疵,原来如此“完美”的课,其实正告诉我们它是不完美的。一、完美的表象这些公开课有一个共同的特点,教师的基本功很好,讲解得都很到位,铺垫得也很巧
As a principal, I am very much concerned about the professional growth of teachers. Recently heard a few consecutive municipal open math class, feeling a lot. After just two or three years of teaching, many newly graduated university students have joined the ranks of presenting open lessons and have given many teachers who have taught for more than 10 years and more than 20 years.
