消化性溃疡的治疗方法虽多,但最终仍有部分病例不能愈合,这些即谓难治性溃疡。既往对之大都采取手术疗法。自1983年4月我们设计了经内镜综合治疗的方案,至今共治疗200例,取得满意疗效。现整理报告如下: 对象和方法本组200例中男性145例,女性55例(男:女=2.6:1)。年龄30～62岁,平均42.2岁,其中以40～50岁最多,共98例,占49％。病程6～30年。病种见表1。采用本方法治疗前均经内科系统治疗3～6个月。个别达12个月以上。
