Statistics shows that, in 2015, the number of people executed in Texas was the largest in the U.S.A.To a great extent, the reason consists in its judge selection system.This paper analyzes the reasons for and significance of the independence of judicial trial from the public opinion as well as reflects the problem in China’s judicial system and gives some suggestions.
