现浇楼板裂缝是长期困扰建筑施工的一个难题。本人通过在聊城市新东方?龙湾一期工程的17栋高层住宅楼及地下车库施工时的亲身体会,并查阅有关混凝土内部应力方面的专著,对混凝土产生温度裂缝及收缩裂缝的原因、现场混凝土施工的控制和预防裂缝的措施进行等进行阐述。本文首先对现浇混凝土楼板裂缝产生的原因进行深入分析,然后,针对分析的结果提出了相应的混凝土裂缝预防及控制措施,并提出了在施工生产中的一些合理化建议。
Cast-in-place floor cracks are a problem that has long plagued building construction. I personally learned about the construction of 17 high-rise residential buildings and underground garages in the first phase of the New Oriental Longwan project in Liaocheng city, and consulted the monograph on the internal stress of concrete, which caused temperature cracks and shrinkage cracks in the concrete, and on-site concrete construction. The measures for controlling and preventing cracks are elaborated. This paper firstly analyzes the causes of cracks in cast-in-place concrete floors. Then, according to the analysis results, the corresponding concrete crack prevention and control measures are proposed, and some reasonable suggestions in construction production are put forward.
